Medical Marijuana FAQ

  • How do I get my card? Schedule an evaluation with Dr. Fatade. 2. If you qualify, we enter you into the State Registry. 3. You apply online to the Florida Dept. of Health ($75 state fee). 4. Receive your temporary ID via email in 7–10 days.
  • Do I have to be a Florida resident? Yes, or a “seasonal resident” (living in FL at least 31 days per year with proof of residency).
  • How often do I need to renew? Florida law requires a follow-up visit every 210 days (7 months) to maintain your recommendation and an annual renewal of the card itself with the state.
