Do you qualify for Chronic Pain Management?
To ensure all patients meet the strict Florida state guidelines before a full clinical intake, we offer a specialized pre-screening for $100. This determines your eligibility for chronic pain treatment qualification.

To remain compliant with Florida’s strict pain management laws, we do not offer virtual or telehealth appointments. All visits must be conducted in person at our Boca Raton office. -
