Specialty Chronic Pain Center was founded in 2025 after moving from a different state. Dr. Fatade established the Specialty Chronic Pain Center, recognizing chronic pain as one of the most under-treated and mismanaged conditions in the United States.

His care philosophy aims to address pain effectively and timely manner, with the goal of improving patient function, increasing physical activity, and enhancing overall quality of life, demonstrating expertise in making life-changing improvements for those suffering from chronic pain.
